1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between vv997 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person who registers, accesses, or uses the vv997 platform at vv997.pro ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, and any associated promotions or bonus programmes.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Services, you must register an Account with vv997. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

Your Obligations Regarding Account Security

• Never share your password, mobile number, or any other Account credential with any third party, including persons claiming to be vv997 staff. vv997 will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong password that is unique to your vv997 Account. Do not reuse a password from another platform or service.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device. vv997 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notify vv997 immediately via live chat support if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification (KYC)

vv997 may request identity verification documentation at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used. Verification requests are typically made when a User's cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by vv997, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by vv997's internal compliance procedures.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by vv997 may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the closure of the Account. Any funds in a verified Account that is closed by vv997 for non-compliance with KYC requirements will be handled in accordance with vv997's internal procedures and applicable regulations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

vv997 accepts deposits from the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. vv997 does not charge any fee on deposits processed through mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card-based deposit fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the name of the Account holder. vv997 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time following confirmation by the payment provider. vv997 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• vv997 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vv997 does not charge any fee on withdrawals processed to mobile wallet methods. Processing time targets are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: target processing time under 3 minutes from approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: processing times are subject to the relevant card network's standard clearing periods.
• Withdrawals from standard (non-bonus) Account Balance are available immediately with no lock-in period, subject to KYC verification requirements being met.
• vv997 may delay processing a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification. Users will be notified of any such hold via live chat or email.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vv997 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable Balance. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that remain unused at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• vv997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. This right will not be exercised arbitrarily and will not affect bonuses already credited to an Account prior to the modification.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• vv997 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on vv997 are provided by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to the mechanics or payout structure of the game itself, in which case the game provider's rules take precedence.

• All bets placed on vv997 are final once confirmed. vv997 does not accept requests to cancel or void a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes placed on that round will be refunded to the Account Balance.
• vv997 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds, payouts, or bonus calculations. If a bet was placed or a bonus claimed on the basis of an obvious error, vv997 reserves the right to void the affected transaction.
• The game history and transaction logs maintained by vv997 shall constitute the definitive record of all gameplay activity. In the event of any dispute between a User's recollection of a game outcome and the Platform's records, the Platform's records shall prevail.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vv997. • Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in the same name or a different name.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21.

vv997 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms. Any decision made by vv997 in this regard is final and binding.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

vv997 may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vv997.
• vv997 is required to suspend or close the Account by applicable law, regulation, or a direction from a competent authority.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under vv997's responsible gaming programme.

Where an Account is closed by vv997 for reasons other than prohibited conduct or KYC non-compliance, any verified real-money Balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returnable under any circumstances.
